1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. In the V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University (hereinafter - TNU, the University), labor and educational discipline is based on the conscious and conscientious performance of all employees and applicants of higher education of their labor and educational duties and is an essential condition of high quality. work and educational process.

1.2. The rules of internal regulations at the V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University (hereinafter - the Rules) are developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the Statute of the V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University.

1.3. The purpose of these Rules is: 1.3.1. Regulation of the internal order in TNU.

1.3.2. Determining the procedure for recruiting and dismissing employees.

1.3.3. Definition of the basic rights and obligations of workers and applicants of higher education.

1.3.4. Regulation of the order of application for incentives for success in work and study, disciplinary penalties, measures of public influence.

1.4. These Rules apply to all employees, applicants of Higher Education of TNU.

1.4.1. Third parties who are temporarily in the premises and on the territory of TNU, including tenants, their employees and visitors, are obliged to adhere strictly to the requirements of these Rules in the part concerning the rules of conduct in the premises and on the territory of TNU. 1.5. The basic methods of ensuring work discipline are the belief and encouragement for productive work and good learning. Disciplinary measures may be applied to violators of discipline in the manner prescribed by these Rules, disciplinary and public actions.

1.6. All issues related to the application of the Rules are decided by the rector and administration of the University within the limits of their powers, and in cases stipulated by the current legislation and these Rules, jointly or in agreement with the primary trade union organization of the University staff.

2. THE PROCEDURE FOR ADOPTION AND DISCHARGE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE UNIVERSITY

2.1. Employees are hired to work at the University in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine on labor, on the basis of a rector's order, by employment contracts (contracts), including on the basis of competitive selection.

An employment contract may be of indefinite duration, concluded for a specified term and such as is concluded at the time of performance of a certain work.

2.2. When hiring an employer, the employer must demand from the person employed: - submission of a work book drawn up in accordance with the established procedure (in case of acceptance at the main place of employment), - presentation of a passport, a copy of the registration number of the tax card's account holder, certificate of compulsory state social insurance, the submission of a military ticket or a temporary certificate for the persons liable for military service or a certificate for the posting to conscripts for persons of pre-age age; - submission of a document on education or professional training (diploma, certificate, certificate) for persons who are hired for work requiring special knowledge (copies of these documents are certified by the personnel department and remain in the personal affair of the employee); - in cases stipulated by the current legislation, a certificate of health; - Persons arranged for scientific and pedagogical positions submit a list of scientific publications.

2.3. A person who is employed on terms of employment, in addition to documents in accordance with applicable law, provides a copy of the employment record and a reference from the main place of employment. A person who works in the University for a part-time, upon dismissal from the main place of work, must notify the TNU administration within three days.

2.4. An employee can not be admitted to work without the conclusion of an employment contract, drawn up by the rector's order, and notice of employment of the relevant state bodies, in accordance with the current legislation.

2.5. Recruitment (training) of servicemen and conscripts is carried out only after taking them to military records in military commissariats.

2.6. When concluding an employment contract, it is prohibited to require persons coming to work to provide information about their party, racial, religious and national affiliation, origin and documents, whose submission is not provided by the current legislation.

2.7. The positions of scientific and pedagogical workers are replaced in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.8. Employees of TNU may work part-time in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.9. Workers who start working for the first time, the work book is drawn up not later than five days after hiring. Labor records of persons working part-time are conducted at the main place of work. Recording in the workbook of information about work part-time is carried out at the request of the employee at the place of basic work.

2.10. The maintenance of labor books is carried out in accordance with the Instruction on the procedure for conducting work books at enterprises, institutions and organizations, approved by the joint order of the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Social Protection of the Population of Ukraine of July 29, 1993 N 58.

2.11. Workers' books are stored as documents of strict accountability in TNU.

2.12. Responsibility for the organization of keeping records, storing and issuing work books is the responsibility of the rector or authorized person.

2.13. When accepting or transferring an employee to another job in accordance with the established procedure, the rector or the authorized person is obliged: - to explain to the employee his rights and obligations and to inform the employee about the terms of work, availability in the workplace, where he will work, dangerous and harmful production factors that have not yet been eliminated and the possible consequences of their health effects, their rights to benefits and compensation for work in such conditions in accordance with applicable law and collective agreement; - to familiarize the employee with the Statute, the Rules of the internal order, the Collective agreement, to determine the worker's workplace, to provide it with the tools necessary for work; - Instruct an employee on safety, industrial sanitation, occupational health and fire safety.

2.14. Termination of an employment contract is carried out on the grounds provided by the current legislation and contract terms.

2.15. University employees have the right to terminate an employment contract, having warned the university administration in writing in 2 weeks.

2.16. The termination of an employment contract (contract) on the initiative of the employer is allowed in cases provided for by the current legislation and contract terms.

2.17. Scientific and pedagogical workers may be dismissed due to the reduction of the number or staff of employees, as a rule, only after the end of the school year, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

2.18. The dismissal of employees who are materially responsible persons is carried out after the transfer of material assets to another person, appointed by the order of the rector.

2.19. Termination of an employment contract is made by order of the rector. Upon dismissal, the worker must properly arrange and hand over the cover sheet to the personnel department.

2.20. The rector or authorized person is obliged to issue to the employee a properly completed work book on the day of dismissal and to calculate it in accordance with the current legislation. The day of release is the last day of work.

2.21. Enrollment, transfer, deduction and renewal of applicants for higher education shall be in accordance with the rector's order in accordance with the Rules of Admission and the Regulations on the Procedure for Transfer, Depreciation and Recovery of Higher Education Students at TNU.

3. MAIN RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE UNIVERSITY

3.1. Employees of TNU have the right:

3.1.1. To rest, to healthy and safe working conditions, to unite in trade unions and to resolve collective labor disputes (disputes) in accordance with the procedure established by law, to participate in the management of TNU, on social and pension provision in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, on the application to the court for the resolution of labor disputes, regardless of the nature of the work performed or occupied position and other rights established by the current legislation and the Charter of TNU.

3.1.2. To elect and be elected to a higher body of public self-government, the scientific council of TNU.

3.2. Scientific and pedagogical workers also have the right:

3.2.1. On academic freedom, which is realized in the interests of the individual, society and humanity as a whole.

3.2.2. Academic mobility for professional activities.

3.2.3. To protect professional honor and dignity.

3.2.4. Choose the methods and means of training that provide the high quality of the learning process.

3.2.5. To ensure the creation of appropriate working conditions, increase their professional level, organization of rest and everyday life, established by the current legislation, normative acts of TNU, the terms of an individual labor contract and a collective agreement.

3.2.6. To carry out scientific, pedagogical and pedagogical activities, to provide advisory assistance, to be an expert in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

3.2.7. To take a motivated decision to refuse to participate in scientific (scientific and technical) activities, the results of which may violate the rights itself , a scientist or another person, a society, harm the natural environment or violate the ethical norms of the scientific community.

3.2.8. For material support of research carried out at the expense of the state budget and other sources of financing in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

3.2.9. On an objective assessment of their activities and the receipt of material rewards in accordance with the qualifications, scientific results, quality and complexity of the work performed, as well as for the receipt of income or other remuneration from the implementation of scientific or scientific and technical (applied) results of their activities.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYEES OF TNU

4.1. Employees of TNU are obliged:

4.1.1. Observe the legislation of Ukraine, the Statute of TNU of these Rules and other normative documents of TNU.

4.1.2. Follow the Anti-Corruption Program of TNU, take measures to prevent corruption.

4.1.3. Observe the discipline of labor (arrive on time, adhere to the inserted length of working time, use working time to perform work duties, etc.).

4.1.4. To perform the work envisaged by the employment contract (contract) in accordance with job descriptions, regulations approved in accordance with the established procedure, the Directory of qualification characteristics of occupations of workers, tariff-qualifying directories of works and professions.

4.1.5. Increase productivity, improve quality of work, work honestly, adhere to labor discipline, use working time for effective work, timely and accurately execute orders (orders) from the management of TNU and the immediate head of the structural unit.

4.1.6. To comply with the requirements for occupational safety, safety, industrial sanitation and hygiene, and fire safety, as provided by the relevant rules and regulations.

4.1.7. Keep your workplace, equipment, equipment and inventory in good condition.

4.1.8. Take care about the property of TNU, economically and rationally to spend energy resources.

4.1.9. Take measures for the immediate elimination of circumstances that impede the performance of official duties. In case of impossibility to remove these stakes on their own, immediately inform the manager about the relevant circumstances.

4.1.10. Take all necessary measures to maintain the authority of TNU and protect its business reputation.

4.1.11. Adhere to the norms of ethics, morality, respect for the honor and dignity of the members of the labor collective and applicants of higher education, instill in them love for Ukraine, educate them in the spirit of Ukrainian patriotism and respect for the Constitution of Ukraine and state symbols of Ukraine.

4.1.12. Avoid illegal and immoral activities, be disciplined and tidy, adhere to the rules of conduct, and maintain a culture of speech.

4.1.13. To take care of the honor and dignity of employees and applicants for higher education, as well as to refrain from acts that infringe on the legal rights and interests of TNU.

4.1.14. Promote healthy lifestyles among higher education providers.

4.2. Scientific and pedagogical workers are also obliged to:

4.2.1. To provide teaching of the disciplines of the relevant educational program, to conduct scientific activity at high scientific and theoretical and methodological levels.

4.2.2. To increase professional level, pedagogical skill, scientific qualification.

4.2.3. To develop the independence, initiative, and creative abilities of higher education students. 4.2.4. Adhere to the norms of pedagogical ethics, the scientific community.

4.2.5. Scientific and pedagogical workers are forbidden: - to change at their discretion the schedule of classes and the schedule of work; - lengthen or reduce the duration of classes and breaks between them; - to hand over performance of labor duties.

5. MAIN OBLIGATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION

5.1. Provide the necessary organizational and economic conditions for the implementation of educational process at the level of standards of education for the effective work of scientific-pedagogical and other employees of TNU in accordance with their specialty or qualification.

5.2. Identify the worker's workplace, provide it with the tools necessary for work.

5.3. To improve the educational process, to introduce in practice the best work experience, proposals of scientific-pedagogical and other workers, aimed at improving the work of TNU.

5.4. To pay wages to employees and scholarships for applicants of higher education in accordance with the procedure and time established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.5 Provide vacation to TNU employees in accordance with current legislation and vacation schedule.

5.6. Provide safety equipment, industrial sanitation and hygiene, fire safety, proper technical equipment for all workplaces, and the creation of healthy and safe working conditions necessary for employees to fulfill their labor duties.

5.7. Observe the conditions of the current legislation, the Collective agreement, the TNU Statute and these Rules.

5.8. To improve the system of management, contractual and labor discipline.

5.9. Provide nutritional conditions for higher education graduates and TNU employees.

5.10 To ensure the preservation of the material base of TNU, the protection of educational institutions and the maintenance of proper order in educational and residential buildings.

6. MAIN RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION BUILDERS

6.1. Applicants of higher education have the right to:

6.1.1. Choosing a form of study at the University entrance.

6.1.2. Safe and harmless conditions of study, work and everyday life.

6.1.3. Labor activity during extracurricular time.

6.1.4. Additional paid leave due to basic employment, reduced working hours and other benefits provided by law for people who combine work with education.

6.1.5. Free use of the library, information funds, educational, scientific, cultural, sports, university bases.

6.1.6. Providing information for learning in accessible formats using technologies that take into account limitation of life, due to the state of health (for people with special educational needs).

6.1.7.To continue education by profession, specialty on the basis of the obtained educational qualification level, obtaining additional education in accordance with the agreement with the educational institution. Obtaining a referral for internship to other educational institutions, including abroad.

6.1.8. Provision of dormitory for the term of study, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.

6.1.9. Participate in research and other types of scientific activities, conferences, symposiums, exhibitions, contests, presentations of their works for publication.

6.1.10. Participation in events on educational, scientific, research, sports, artistic, public activities conducted in Ukraine and abroad, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation.

6.1.11. Participation in discussion and solving of questions of improvement of educational process, research work, appointment of scholarships, organization of leisure, life, health improvement.

6.1.12. Participation in public associations.

6.1.13. Participation in the activities of the bodies of public self-governance of the University, educational-scientific institutes, (faculties), academic council of the University, student self-government bodies.

6.1.14. The choice of academic disciplines within the limits provided for by the relevant educational program and the work curriculum, amounting to not less than 25 percent of the total number of ECTS credits provided for the given level of higher education. At the same time applicants of a certain level of higher education have the right to choose the academic disciplines offered for other levels of higher education, in agreement with the head of the corresponding faculty or educational-scientific institute.

6.1.15. Training at the same time in several educational programs, as well as in several higher educational institutions, provided that only one higher education is received for each degree at the expense of the state (local) budget.

6.1.16. Academic leave or a break in study with the preservation of individual rights of the applicant of higher education, as well as to resume education in accordance with the procedure established by law.

6.1.17. Moral and / or material encouragement for academic achievement, research and public work, for artistic and sporting achievements.

6.1.18. Free practice in enterprises, institutions, institutions and organizations.

6.1.19. Vacation leave of not less than eight calendar weeks for the school year.

6.1.20 Persons studying at the University on a full-time basis at the expense of state or local budgets shall have the right to receive academic and social scholarships in accordance with the procedure established by law.

6.2 Higher education students and other persons studying at the University (students, postgraduate students, doctoral students) are required to:

6.2.1. To systematically and deeply master theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the chosen specialty, to raise the general cultural level.

6.2.2. To attend classes and to carry out, within a certain time, all kinds of tasks provided for by the curriculum and curricula, to execute the individual curriculum on the specified terms and in accordance with the approved curricula of the educational process.

6.2.3. To raise their general level, to be interested in social life in Ukraine and in the world, to develop their abilities; to participate in the student's life of the University.

6.2.3. Adhere to the Statute of TNU, the Regulations on the organization of educational process, the Regulations on the student hostel of TNU, these Rules and legislation of Ukraine, etc.

6.2.4. Maintain cleanliness and order, do not smoke in the educational premises and hostels of the University.

6.2.5. In time inform the leaders of educational institutes about the impossibility of attending classes, compiling (re-compiling) exams, credits, for valid reasons. Timely (within 3 days after leaving) provide proof of documents duly drawn up.

6.2.6. Do not use prohibited sources of information and technical means during exams and other control measures.

6.2.7. Take care of the property of the University (furniture, equipment, inventory, etc.), not to carry it out of the educational buildings and hostels of the University.

6.2.8. Refrain from actions or inactivity, which may harm the material values ​​of the University.

6.2.9. Take care of the students' documents and the library's library of the University.

6.2.10. Observe discipline, generally accepted norms of conduct, subordination, and respect the staff of the University. To execute orders and orders of the rector, vice-rectors, heads of structural subdivisions of the University, curators and other responsible persons.

6.2.11. In time to pay a tuition fee in accordance with the signed contract (agreement on the provision of educational services).

6.2.12. Refrain from actions or inactivity that could harm the University's business reputation.

7. DIRECT TIME AND RESTORATION TIME

7.1.1. For workers, a five-day working week with two days off (Saturday and Sunday) is set. In the case of production needs, a six-day working week may be set up for individual units in agreement with the trade union organization.

7.1.2. According to the current legislation, the duration of working time is: - for employees of TNU up to 40 hours per week; - for scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers 36 hours a week (shortened working hours). The working time of the scientific and pedagogical workers includes the time of their educational, methodological, scientific, organizational and educational work and other labor duties.

7.1.3. The heads of structural units develop and agree schedules of work of scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers at the University, indicating the worker's time according to the individual plan on a monthly basis. Organize control over the compliance with the schedule of conducting training sessions, individual plans, educational and methodological and research work, accounting for working time of subordinates.

7.1.4. Work part-time in TNU is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. Work mode.

7.2.1. The TNU establishes the following working conditions for workers who work for a five-day working week: - the beginning of work: 8.30; - Break for rest and meals: 12.30 - 13.15; - End of work: from Monday to Thursday - 17.30, Friday - 16.15. On the eve of festive days, the duration of the working day has been reduced by one hour (except for workers with shorter working hours).

7.2.2. In some cases, by order of the rector, in agreement with the trade union committee of employees, another mode of work may be set up for employees working for a five-day working week. For the training supplementary, educational and production personnel and other employees, whose work is related to the provision of the educational process, by the order of the rector, in agreement with the trade union committee of employees, another time for starting and finishing the work may be set.

7.2.3. For some categories of employees, which according to the specifics of the activity of the unit can not be set for a five- or six-day working week, an alternate work schedule is established and a summary time accounting regime is used (Article 61 of the Labor Code of Ukraine). On those works, where, due to the conditions of service activity, a break for dinner can not be established the employee is given the opportunity to receive food during working hours (Part 4 of Article 66 of the Labor Code of Ukraine).

7.2.4. Employees who have appeared for work in a state of intoxication (alcohol, narcotic, toxic) the management of TNU does not allow to work on this working day (change).

7.2.5. In the event of non-availability of a scientific-pedagogical worker or other employee of the University, the head of the structural unit shall immediately take steps to replace him with another employee.

7.2.6. Overtime work is not allowed. The use of overtime work by the rector may be made in exceptional cases provided for by applicable law, with the consent of the primary trade union organization of the University.

7.2.7. The involvement of employees in the work not provided for by the employment contract and the applicants of higher education to work not related to the educational process may be carried out only with their consent or in cases stipulated by the current legislation.

7.2.8. The priority for granting of holidays is determined by the schedule, which is approved by the rector in agreement with the primary trade union organization by the fifth of January and is brought to the attention of all employees under the signature. When drawing up the schedule takes into account the schedule of educational (production) process, personal interests of employees and opportunities for their leisure.

7.2.9. The leave is given to the employee in accordance with the order made on the basis of the vacation schedule. In case of necessity to change the terms of leave (if there are valid reasons), the employee must submit an application to the rector with the indication of the desired date of commencement of the leave, in agreement with the head of the structural unit, in the term not later than two weeks before the start date of the vacation specified in schedule

7.2.10. The right of an employee to annual basic and additional leave of full duration in the first year of work comes after the end of six months of continuous work at the University, scientific and pedagogical workers annual leave of full duration in the first and subsequent working years are provided in the vacation period regardless of the time of their recruitment.

7.2.11. The division of annual leave into parts of any duration is allowed at the request of the employee, provided that the main continuous part thereof will be not less than 14 calendar days.

7.2.12. It is prohibited not to provide annual leave of full duration for two consecutive years, as well as the failure to provide annual leave for employees under eighteen years, as well as workers entitled to additional leave due to harmful working conditions.

7.2.13. Annual and supplementary leave is granted to the employee in such a way that they are used, as a rule, before the end of the working year.

7.2.14. An employee has the right to suspend a child-care leave until he reaches three (6) years of age and to begin to perform his duties, giving notice of the application no later than two weeks before the desired date of employment.

7.2.15. At work and study time, it is prohibited to distract the University staff from performing their professional duties, as well as people studying at the University, for work and other activities not related to the educational process, except in cases stipulated by the current legislation.

7.2.16. The residence and residence conditions of applicants for higher education in dormitories are regulated by the Regulations on the student hostel of TNU.

8. DEVELOPMENTS FOR SUCCESS IN WORK AND EDUCATION

8.1. For exemplary work done by the University's labor duties, a conscientious attitude to work and significant achievements in work, for the achievement of high results in scientific, scientific and pedagogical and innovative activities for the training of specialists for the state and for other achievements in work, moral and material incentives are applied. : - Thanksgiving ads; - awarding a diploma, - bonus.

8.2. For the achievement of high results in professional activities, employees may submit to the awarding of state awards, the awarding of honorary titles, the award of state awards, signs, certificates, other types of moral and material incentives.

8.3. For the achievement of high educational results, active participation in the research and community life of the University for higher education students and other persons studying at the University, the following incentives may be applied: - gratitude; - awarding a diploma; - material incentives (award of nominal scholarships, etc.).

8.4. Other types of incentives may be provided for by a collective agreement.

8.4.1. The promotion is announced by the order of the rector of the University and brought to the attention of the staff of TNU or the relevant structural unit, awarded to employees, students, graduate students and doctoral students in a solemn atmosphere, with the inclusion in the work record of an employee or a personal affair of a higher education student

9. LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINE

9.1. University employees with whom an employment contract (contract) is concluded must work honestly and honestly, timely and accurately execute orders and orders of the rector and heads of structural subdivisions of the University, observe labor discipline, job descriptions, these Rules, regulations on labor protection, other local normative acts of the University.

9.2. For violations of labor discipline, that is, failure to perform or improper performance due to the employee's labor duties imposed on him, only one of the following measures can be applied: a) reprimand; b) dismissal.

9.3 Dismissal as a disciplinary penalty can be applied in accordance with Art. 40, Art. 41 of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

9.4. Prior to the disciplinary sanction, the rector or authorized person must demand written explanations from the violator of labor discipline. In case of refusal of the employee to provide written explanations, an appropriate act is drawn up.

9.5 Disciplinary sanctions are applied by the rector immediately after the misdemeanor is discovered, but no later than one month from the day of its detection, not including the time of dismissal of the employee from work due to temporary incapacity or vacation on leave.

9.6. A disciplinary penalty may not be imposed later than six months from the date of the misdemeanor.

9.7. For each violation of labor discipline imposed only one disciplinary penalty.

9.8. Disciplinary punishment is announced in the order (disposal) of the rector and communicated to the employee for a receipt within 3 days.

9.9. If within a year from the day of the disciplinary imposition of an employee the new employee is not subject to disciplinary action, he shall be deemed to have no disciplinary sanction.

9.10 If the employee did not allow a new violation of labor discipline and in addition showed himself as a conscientious employee, then the penalty may be shot before the end of one year. During the term of the disciplinary action, incentive measures are not applied to the employee.

9.11. The rector has the right, instead of imposing a disciplinary sanction, to transfer the issue of violations of labor discipline to the consideration of the labor collective.

9.12. For violation of these Rules, public participation measures may be applied to applicants for higher education - a statement of inadmissibility of violation of these Rules or one of the measures of recovery:  reprimand;  deductions

9.13. When choosing a measure, the charge takes into account the severity of the misconduct, the reasons and circumstances under which it was committed, the previous behavior of the offender, his psychophysical and emotional state at the time of the misdemeanor and other significant circumstances.

9.14. Higher education may be deducted in accordance with the current legislation - in agreement with the students' self-government bodies and the trade union committee of students, if they are members of the union.

9.15. The applicant's higher education is deducted by the order of the rector. Information about deductions is entered into the personal affairs of the applicant of higher education.

9.16. Before applying the disciplinary sanction, the rector or authorized person must demand written explanations from the offender. In case of refusal of the offender to provide written explanations, an appropriate act is drawn up.

9.17. Disciplinary sanctions shall be imposed by the rector on the submission of the head of the structural unit immediately after the violation is discovered, but not later than one month from the date of its detection, not taking into account the time of the offender's illness or his stay on holidays. The disciplinary penalty can not be imposed later than six months from the date of the violation.

9.18. Disciplinary punishment is announced in the order (disposal) of the rector and the offender is subject to a receipt. Information about the disciplinary penalty shall be entered into the personal affairs of the applicant of higher education.

9.20. If a student of higher education did not admit a new discipline violation and honestly performed his duties, the penalty may be canceled up to one year.

9.21. During the period of disciplinary action, incentives to higher education are not applicable.

9.22. The rector has the right, in lieu of imposing a disciplinary sanction, to transfer the issue of violation of discipline to the consideration of student authorities and the student union committee if the offender is a member of the union.

10. SCHEDULE TO VISIT

10.1. Training sessions at the University are scheduled in accordance with the curricula and programs approved in accordance with the established procedure.

10.2 The lesson schedule is for the semester and is made public not later than 10 days before the semester.

11. RULES OF BEHAVIOR IN ACCOMMODATIONS AND TERRITORIES OF TNU

11.1 During the stay in the premises and on the territory of TNU, higher education students, university staff and outside persons (tenants and visitors, etc.) must adhere to the following rules of conduct:

11.1.7. Conduct mass meetings and rallies in the premises and on the territory of TNU, entertaining events only with the consent of the administration of the University.

11.1.8. Come to the University in time to be ready for work or study at the beginning of the class or work.

11.1.9. In order to create a scientific and business atmosphere at the university during the educational process, adherence to sanitary and hygienic norms, aesthetic taste and the culture of clothes for employees and applicants of higher education, it is recommended to adhere to the rules of business communication and business casualties, namely: to wear clean, fresh and dressed clothes , which corresponds to the generally accepted norms of business style in society 11.1.10. Prevent illegal and immoral actions, behave in a worthy manner on the territory of the University and in other public places.

11.2. In TNU it is forbidden:

11.2.3.
